ECO⁺ Panels are made of PP Film utilizing hyperrealistic wood grain printing technology. Various materials and color schemes, such as metal, leather textures, and stone patterns, cater to a wide range of interior decorating environments.
The base material can be selected as either block board or plywood. Block board are made by stacking and bonding wood chips, resulting in a dense, sturdy structure capable of bearing heavy loads and ensuring long-term use.
Plywood, with its thinner profile, can be used for wall decorations, tailored to meet your design needs, and possesses characteristics resistant to moisture.

PP (Polypropylene) raw materials are free of
formaldehyde, plasticizers, TVOCs and
other toxic substances. It has a heat-resistance range of -20 ℃ to 120 ℃,

ECO⁺ Panels simulate the look of KD Panels™
to achieve the closest color matching
between the inside and outside of your woodwork.
These produces use a roller to print wood grains onto the surface. Due to size and spacing limitations of these rollers, wood patterns are very repetitive causing the final product to look dull and unrealistic.
Substrate materials
Block Board
Block Board is made solid wood strips
stacked and glued together,
providing firm and solid structure,
good load-bearing capacity,
and is fairly more resistant to moisture.
Particleboard
Made of wood chips that are pressed and
glued together into panel shape with a hot press,
due to the size of the wood chips,
surface does is not flat and is prone to absorb moisture.
MDF
Wood is broken into dust and then glued and
pressed with a hot press.
Compared to particleboard, MDF is more cost effective but less durable.

Note: Adhesive is made from a variety of chemical materials, common ingredients include formaldehyde, melamine, and other toxins, however the content level of these meet the national safety testing standards for building materials and daily necessities. For the safety of your home, it is recommended to purchase F1 low-formaldehyde substrates. F1 block board and plywood available at KD.
