Key Roles
- Lead market research
- Analyze competition
- Perform ongoing critical reflection on the current sales model and business knowhow
- Craft strategic business proposals
- Telemarketing responsibilities:
– calls to verify client information
– invite clients to attend online product presentations
– host virtual product presentations to familiarize clients with products
Business Development Role
- Pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Implement business strategy and develop business in the assigned region
- Refine business model
- Develop distribution channels and build relationships with distributors.
- Monitor team performance and implement training to increase productivity
Business Maintenance
- Manage sales operations in the branch office to meet sales targets
- Maintain distribution channels
- Maintain relationships with existing clients; build relationships with new clients
Skills and Experience
- Minimum one year of sales/business development managerial experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English or Mandarin
- Call Center/BPO/Customer Service experience is a plus
- Ability to differentiate between colors
- Computer Literate, proficient in Microsoft Office
