Staff Training Program
Since the establishment of Keding, we have been continuously cultivating talents and implementing training programs such as orientation training for new recruits, competency‑based training, annual product knowledge assessment, self-development sponsorships, and other courses to help all Keding staff members to develop their potential, enhance their abilities and knowledge, and to increase our team’s cohesiveness.
Orientation Training for New Recruits
In order to help our new recruits to fit in their new roles and get familiar with their teams and departments, they would receive Keding’s orientation training that introduces 3 main topics including their responsibilities and workplace, corporate philosophy, and product knowledge.
Competency Based Training
Each department holds a variety of training courses lectured by our senior staff members to strengthen the capabilities and skills of the required skill set. Additionally, cross-department training courses are also held to inspire our employees to learn knowledge outside of their professional fields.
Annual Product Knowledge Assessment
Annual product knowledge assessments are held to encourage staff members to gain more knowledge about Keding’s product range (the assessment varies depending on each position). Employees who did great on the exam would be awarded with a bonus.
